Representing the Executive Branch were Prime Minister Walter Martos, as well as Ministers Pilar Mazzetti (Health), Maria Antonieta Alva (Economy and Finance), Ana Neyra (Justice), and Patricia Donayre (Development and Social Inclusion).

Earlier on Monday, the Head of State met with Congress Chairman Manuel Merino, also at the Government Palace.
